Sangha Yoga:

Hatha Class Schedule 2020

Sangha (Song-gah) Yoga Studio is a collaborative of Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) who continue to learn, train and support their own relationship with yoga as life learners.

This model best reflects the intention of Sangha Yoga Studio to support yoga teachers in our local community.

Sangha has suspended classes due to COVID-19 Precautions until April 1, 2020.

Coming to classes at Sangha is simple; no Mind-Body signs up, no pre-pay. Simply drop-in to the class of your choice. Please bring cash ($10/class) or check for fee paid directly to the yoga teacher. The teacher in turn supports Sangha by paying an hourly rental fee to sustain the cooperative and it's mission to serve. Sangha Yoga has mats for use at no extra cost. The space is fully supplied for yoga classes using bolsters, blankets, and many more creative and therapeutic props for your practice.

As a yoga student of Sangha Yoga Studio, this means you will be supporting a collective yoga model. Thank YOU!

You are personally supporting the grass root efforts of Sangha Yoga teachers/independent contractors and aiding to build a local community. We are thrilled to be a part of this collective business/service model and look forward to sharing this excitment with you.

  * Each teacher accepts cash or check. Please make checks payable according to the teachers preference.

Our Sangha Yoga Hatha Yoga Asana classes are 60 or 75 minutes in length in order to create a time that suits your busy schedule. Since our teachers are experienced yoga teachers you are invited to join any class, at any time, as our teachers are qualified to give you specific variations to suit your needs.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Are you a beginner, wondering what class to attend? Or a restarter?

It depends on the activity type you are looking for, but ALL Sangha's classes are appropriate for beginners and re-starters.

Here is an overview that may be helpful to choose a class. Your experience may vary:

Flow Class: explores many poses during the course of the class. Warms the body gradually, then sustains the warmth for a period of time. Ends with relaxation.

Low & Slow: A gentle hatha yoga class, great for beginners and restarters.

Somatic Hatha Yoga: explores poses and breathwork with an intention to feel, understand, and inform the body of options in asana movement and breath practices. Each  movement is an exploration. End with relaxation using a variety of techniques to repattern the body for restful consciousness.
