Simple Meditation & Breath Practice with Laura Edwards

Join Laura Tuesday’s from 7-7:30pm Live via Zoom for an all level meditation and breath practice.
Share time and space with Laura as she guides us through a variety of meditation experiences (subtle body, heart-centered, concentration) and simple pranayama (Breath) practices. This will be an integrated experience of breathing and meditating in community. Video on or off, yogis choice. Sit, breathe, connect and be here now.
